The expertise relating to the building envelope installation begins in 1976 when the precursors of Kyriom Group performed the firs cladding and roofing works in foreign markets, in particular in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and in Berlin ine the ex DDR (German Democratic Republic).
In the following years they widen their activities towards prefabricated buildings, further to the earthquake in Irpinia, Italy, in 1980 e building stations and several kinds of accommodations for the personnel of FFSS – Italian State Railways.
Over the years the company, operating in the field of construction industry and similar services, participated to the realization of works committed to important construction companies industry leaders in the field, among these, significantly: ENEL SpA, FFSS, C.R.I. per la Missione Arcobaleno, Passante Ferroviario, ANAS SpA, AGIP SpA, SNAM SpA, ENI SpA, SAIPEM SpA, FIAT Engineering SpA, RODIO SpA, T.A.V. SpA – High Speed Trains, PIRELLI SpA, IMPREGILIO SpA, ASTALDI SpA, etc.
Over the years, the market and modern architecture demand lead to widen the expertise in the field of installation towards all the products concerning the building envelope and in particular façade cladding and any kind of doors and windows.
The company
Kyriom Group is engaged in the field of glassaluminium and steel building cladding, doors and windows, ventilated facades, metal framework, roofing, photovoltaic installations, asbestos reclamation and disposal and installation of metal prefabricated buildings.
Directly cooperating with several companies leading in the field, its main business activity is to provide highly skilled personnel specialized in the installation of their products, guaranteeing at the same time a careful and collaborative management of the building site.
The personnel of its technical office is able to provide, when requested, planning assistance with regard to single products or to the development of the entire commission avoiding therefore possible problems of interface between the planning phase and the installation of the products.
Its staff is structured in order to be able to fulfil commissions of any kind, from the smallest projects (apartment or private villa, little private housing estate or shop) to the largest (residential, commercial or industrial buildings).

Mission
The last years have been characterized by a ceaseless technological development of all the building elements. New regulations and laws, as also the research to improve the life’s quality of the users, increasingly attentive to living comfort and running costs of building, have definitely been the factors that have inspired the various companies in the activity of research, development and commercialization of new products.
Thanks to the high performances of the most advanced systems and of curtain walls, the transparent surfaces have become increasingly broader, allowing high standards of thermal and acoustic insulation, tightness to air and water, mechanical stability even in presence of large openings and further benefits such as, for example, resistance to housebreaking and bullets.
Of course, the purpose of all operators is to ensure the performance certified in laboratory once the product is installed, so that the interface with the building structure shall not cause functional degradation (thermal or acoustic bridges, etc.) immediately and forward in time (mechanical stability,
functionality, etc.). The installation of a product therefore, independently from the material, is a critical step in defining the performance of a building.
Thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, resistance to atmospheric agents and load capacity can be radically affected by the quality of installation. It is therefore an extremely delicate phase, made even more complex because not performed in the comfort of a laboratory or workshop but in the excited climate of a building site. The expertise of Kyriom Group staff, the modern instrumentation and equipment used are therefore the answer to these needs.
